Blair leads investment strategy and portfolio construction. He previously advised on multi-billion-dollar M&A and capital raises as an investment banker at Mizuho Greenhill, covered companies as an equity analyst at Guggenheim, and valued late-stage venture and private equity assets at EY. Earlier in his career he co-founded a consumer-packaged-goods brand.

Sevasti founded GoalVest Advisory in 2017 and oversees more than $850 million across public and private strategies. She previously served as Chief Investment Officer within Lehman Brothers' private wealth division and as a senior portfolio manager at City National Rochdale. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School and the CFA designation.
